Shipping & Delivery  Policy

OjasMantra is committed to delivering premium, organic produce directly to your doorstep. We ensure that our hand-picked fruits, vegetables, and groceries arrive in optimal condition.

Shipping Address 

For the successful delivery of your order, kindly provide us with a full postal address with a PIN code, email ID, and contact number. Please be advised that we are not liable for any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Please be aware that we cannot ship to post-box-only addresses. 

For Hyderabad 

Fruits and Vegetables

  • We deliver fresh fruits and vegetables in West and South-West Hyderabad. Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Saturday.

  • Place your order by Tuesday 6 PM for Wednesday delivery or by Friday 6 PM for Saturday delivery.

Groceries 

  • We deliver groceries across Pan-Hyderabad. Deliveries are made every Wednesday and Saturday. 

  • Place your order by Tuesday 6 PM for Wednesday delivery or by Friday 6 PM for Saturday delivery.

Mangoes (Season Special) 

  • Fresh Mangoes are delivered daily across Pan-Hyderabad. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. There is no cut-off time for mango orders.

For Pan India 

  • We ship select groceries - A2 Desi Cow Ghee (Bilona) and Honey across Pan-India. 

  • Orders are dispatched within 48  hours. 

  • A tracking ID will be shared once the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be assessed at checkout according to your delivery address.

You can enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999/- (conditions apply) or when included in promotional campaigns or exclusive offers.
