Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our work at OjasMantra. We're dedicated to providing fresh, premium organic products and handling any concerns quickly and fairly. To support this promise and reduce waste, we have laid out the following Refund & Cancellation Policy for your clarity and convenience.
Return and Refund
Our produce is cultivated using natural farming methods. Since each order is packed on demand, we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed.
1. Fresh Produce (Fruits & Vegetables)

We deliver fresh produce twice weekly — on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not up to standard, please share images and order details at the time of delivery.
2. Groceries

For issues related to grocery items (e.g., incorrect or defective products), please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the order.
3. Out of Stock Products

If any item is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Provide the order number, images of the damaged product, and an explanation of the issue.

After reviewing the product, if it's damaged, spoiled, or substandard, we will either refund your money or apply a credit to your next order.

A full refund for the unavailable item(s) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days or credited to your next order.

6. Packaging & Returns

Eco-Friendly Packaging: To support our sustainable practices, OjasMantra uses eco-friendly packaging. When returning damaged items, we appreciate you using the original packaging, if possible
